Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes Since our products for the US market are dispatched from domestic fulfillment centers, there are no unexpected customs or import taxes for US customers.

Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
